Welcome to the Ottawa West Ball Hockey League (OWBHL) – Summer Meltdown Season 2026 Registration.

*Please fill in a separate form for each player joining, space is extremely limited for the summer meltdown season to almost half of what the regular spring season accepts so sign up early. (Use the email address of the primary member/parent/guardian of the athlete.)
This program will focus on the FUN of Ball hockey, The Season will feature;
- Starting in Early July – Mid August
- Games will once a week played during evening week days for 6 weeks
- A Program Coordinator (To help with organization and answer any questions, We still need coaches)
- Ref(s) for each game
- Team dry fit Athletic T-shirt Jersey to keep for each player
Co-ed Open Divisions Years of Birth
- 8U/U10: 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016
- 12U / U14 : 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012
**Note that OWBHL may adjust divisions as required due to registration numbers.
***Spaces are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Player registration shall only be considered upon receipt of a completed Registration Form, Release, Acknowledgment Form and full payment.
Cost:
- $85 – “Returning Player from Spring League 2026”
- $95 – New Player (Includes insurance and registration to OBHF)
